This Patch fixes the internal IP GCDS issue.
It is a winsock proxy that will replace the IP that is sent during registration to the dedicated server with an external IP address.

This will allow anyone who is not in the same local network as the server to
join without any problems.


Just extract the dll into the root folder of gcds (i.e. c:gcdswsock32.dll)
